Preeti Rajendran, the founder of Tej Academies, is a versatile and empathetic professional with a unique blend of experience in career counselling, study abroad consulting, scientific research, and business development. With more than seven years of expertise, she has helped learners identify suitable career paths, secure international university placements, and build the skills necessary to thrive in today’s competitive world.

Preeti holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Genetics (VIT, Vellore). Her early career was rooted in genetics and mental health research at the Schizophrenia Research Foundation (SCARF), where she worked in collaboration with leading researchers from Australia on international genetic studies. Her contributions have been published in renowned international journals, reflecting both her scientific expertise and her commitment to advancing knowledge.
